As fiduciary consultants, we collaborate with donors, their families, and advisors to create meaningful, living legacies that reflect their values and aspirations. Our deep expertise in philanthropic strategy, estate planning, tax strategy, financial planning, and retirement planning empowers donors to make well-informed decisions with confidence. Our principal, Tiffany House, is a nationally recognized speaker with a passion for educating and inspiring donors and advisors to build lasting impact through philanthropy.

Because we do not sell products, draft legal documents, or manage assets, we maintain a conflict-free approach and enjoy collaboration with advisors. Our priority is to explore optimal solutions that serve the donor’s best interests, with a strong emphasis on education and empowerment.

Meet The Founder

Tiffany T. House, CAP®, CEPA Tax, Estate and Charitable Strategist

    

Tiffany House is a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®), Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), President and CEO of the Gift Planning Institute and Exit Preparation, LLC. She is passionate about inspiring donors to accomplish more through giving tax-advantaged assets and creating a legacy that allows for win-win outcomes. Her experience of being a financial advisor and helping wealthy clients create a master game plan that incorporated their ethical and financial legacy gives her a unique approach to gift planning. 


Tiffany, her husband, and their family value philanthropy in their own lives.  They not only maximize the Arizona State Tax Credits they also have 10% of their estate benefiting charities and encourage their 3 daughters to research nonprofits and make grants twice a year from their Donor Advised Fund, named by their youngest - Giving Makes You Happy!                                        

What will A gift planning program cost you?

Fees and engagement

  We operate on a flat-fee consulting model, ensuring transparency and alignment with your organization's goals. We do not sell products, manage assets, or draft legal documents. Our role is purely advisory, guiding nonprofits and their donors toward strategic, impactful, and inspirational giving.


We offer two fee structures:

  1. Monthly Retainer – Customized to meet the organization's specific needs and the scope of work.
  2. Hourly Consultation – $250 per hour. 
    • (No charge for       routine communications such as emails and scheduling meetings.)

Given the depth of our expertise, some donors choose to cover our consulting fee directly, recognizing the value of integrating estate, financial, tax, legacy, and philanthropic planning into a cohesive plan.

Additionally, we offer a comprehensive 12-month program designed to help nonprofits establish their planned giving program with all necessary components for success. 

Community Engagement

Active PARTICIPATION

Being an active member of the community is important. Tiffany is a Past President of Planned Giving Round Table of Arizona (PGRT) and  a board member of Junior Achievement and Check for a Lump!   She is an advisory board member for multiple non-profit organizations. She is a mentor in the Arizona Community Foundation’s Endowment Building Initiative and is a graduate of Scottsdale Leadership Class 31.   She is always looking to grow and develop and participates in Landmark and has been an EO Accelerator Member.
